NEVER forget to roll and stretch! Foam Rolling and stretching before and after workouts are great ways to loosen your legs as well as prevent injuries that can come with tight muscles. So, remember to never skip a session of rolling and stretching!

The hills are your friends! Always try and find a way to incorporate hill training into your workout regiment. For Cross Country, it will allow you to be more accustomed to running hills so you'll power over them in your races. For Track and Field, it will allow your races on the track to feel easier because you are running on a flat surface!...

It's always harder to train alone! Try and train with someone else because they'll push you to go faster! It also makes runs go by faster and makes runs more fun!!
