Train Your Mind

"If you train your mind for running, everything else will be easy." - Amby Burfoot

Amby Burfoot was an American distance runner in the late 1960s. He is known for winning the Boston Marathon in 1968. Once he retired, he became a journalist/author. He also worked at Runners World. Anyways, everyone knows running is demanding both physically and mentally. So, when you can conquer your workouts and races in both of those ways, you will be able to do anything. Whether it be in your next race, in the classroom, or at your job. If you train your mind for running, you can accomplish anything.
