Todd Williams was an American long distance runner back in the 1990s. He was a two-time United States Cross Country Champion, with his victories coming in 1991 and 1993. He also competed in two summer Olympics. Anyways, Running is both a physical and mental game. So, you have to be strong mentally and physically in order to succeed in the sport.
