A Lifetime of Preparation

"To be a consistent winner means preparing for not just one day, one month, or even one year - but for a lifetime." - Bill Rodgers

All Runners should DEFINITELY understand this saying! It takes a lot of training, effort, and time to improve in the Running world. Bill Rodgers definitely knows a thing or two about winning. He was an American Long-Distance Runner from the 70s-80s. He won 4 Boston Marathons (including a three-peat from 1978-1980) and 4 straight NYC Marathons from 1976-1979! This is only a fraction of his accomplishments but those are his most notable!
