I'm sorry I didn't post a daily quote yesterday. I was really busy and I forgot. I know I am making excuses but it won't happen again. Anyways, this quote comes from the great American sprinter, Jesse Owens. Jesse Owens won the gold in 3 events in the 1936 Berlin Olympics. I feel like this quote shows the importance of positivity in Running. My closest friends are those that I raced with and against in the Cross Country and Track seasons. I realize that I don't look at my running medals every day, but I do talk to my running friends every time I get the chance. Thanks for tuning in!
